I have always thought I was a grumpy person, and I have been told on lots of occasions that I am. Yes I have down days, but generally I am not always grumpy, sometimes I just like to be left with my own thoughts.
If you're stressed or feeling anxious, whether by your job, relationships or diet, the first step to feeling better is to identify the cause. Once you do this then you can start to relax and live better.
As a society we need to work together to slow the increase in mental ill health and death by suicide. We need to find ways to help people to control and manage their mental health, everyone should have good mental well-being.
